Drawing on her experiences reporting from Afghanistan over the last seven years – including 28 days spent as a hostage – former CBC journalist Mellissa Fung will share what she has learned about Afghanistan, about its people, and about taking on a foreign assignment in one of the world’s most fragile countries.
This series is co-hosted by Aga Khan Foundation Canada and journalism schools across the country, to stimulate conversation about media coverage of the developing world.
