Sales Administrator – FULL TIME

 

The Burnaby NOW, Tri-Cities NOW and The New Westminster Record have an immediate opening for a full time and experienced Sales Administrator in our

Burnaby office. The ideal candidate will have previous sales administration / sales support experience (or a professional sales/marketing diploma), a professional attitude and a desire to transition into our winning sales team!

 

  • Working closely with the publishers and sales teams to provide administrative support
  • Preparing sponsorship agreements and liaising with community groups
  • Developing and maintaining sales materials and documents
  • Liaising with customers and proofing ads in print and digital
  • Booking digital, flyers and print advertisements throughout Glacier media properties

 

This position requires great attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and the personality to excel in our deadline driven environment. Strong communication skills and time management are essential to success.

 

The ideal candidate will possess:

 

  • Diploma in either Office Administration, Sales and/or Marketing
  • Successful and proven experience working in an office environment in a support role
  • Data entry, reporting, telephone handling and administrative writing skills
  • A “how can I help” attitude
