Deadline extended to June 20 for 2014-2015 NAJA student scholarships
Students serious about pursuing careers in journalism are encouraged to apply for annual NAJA scholarships ranging from $500-$3,000. Any Native American graduating high school senior (May 2014) or college student pursuing a career in radio, television or print journalism is eligible to apply.
Apply for a 2014-2015 NAJA Scholarship
Levels of study eligible are as follows:
High School – Senior (Graduating May 2014)
College – Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior or Graduate
To apply, students must be current NAJA members. Annual memberships cost $10 for high school students and $20 for college students.
The deadline to submit NAJA scholarship applications has been extended to June 20, 2014. Recipients of all scholarships will be notified in Fall 2014.
